Hi, I’m Claire - your guide to a healthier gut and calmer mind.
I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapist (BA Hons, DipNT, mBANT, CNHC) and founder of The Happy Nutrition Co.
Over the years, I’ve supported many people who felt stuck in a cycle of fatigue, gut discomfort and stress - until they discovered a plan that finally worked for them. That’s why I do this work: to make gut–mind health simple, practical and enjoyable.

Why I Created the Gut–Mind Blends
